My Blue Sky portal just died. Suddenly couldn't communicate to the main box this morning. Was watching last night with no issues.
Prior to this latest issues, I had two techs look at the main box that kept on freezing. That was solved by swapping on my third Blue Sky main box.
Now it's the portal's turn to die.
Did all the stuff the online "tech" told me - remove coax, remove power, remove splitter, etc. Nada. I was insisting to schedule me a tech from the get go, but I had to go through the annoying process of the above despite stating I had already gone through it before calling.
Anyway, I can only make a weekend appointment so no TV for that Bedroom for 7 days.
