Bluesky 4k box

I have contacted Shaw numerous time asking about the Bluesky 4k box and i have been told i have

it and Netflix is in 4K

No i do not have it .... but customer service will tell me till their blue in the face that i do

Here it is ....

Looks like you have a Gateway box not a 4K Bluesky.

The newest 4K Bluesky box has no display in the front and its silver.
