Cable interuptions constantly

Since moving to 103 mike the outages for tv and internet services is unacceptable. Tv goes out no less than one per week and average 3 times per week. Not very happy with level of service here.

4 times since install 5 months ago is unacceptable. It seems shaw does not have a problem with it. We have only 2 options here in Medicine Hat and the other was worse so I guess I have to live with the lack of service. I sure wish there was a good, reliable option. I would switch in a heartbeat!
