Yes, every 5 min or so, the feed cuts out to a black screen, then comes back without any intervention. I am plugged into a wifi pod using an ethernet cable.
One year later and it's still an issue! I called Shaw and was told they "can't control the broadcast" so we just have to put up with it. How do you get away with charging $200+ for a service that doesn't work? It's brutal.
@woz28 -- during the recent "free preview" of Centre Ice, I had no problems with the actual feeds, through my Arris Gateway PVR.
I did have to contact Shaw, to actually "activate" the free preview. But, once that was done, it was OK.
