Channel 532 Crime Investigation disappeared when I renewed my contract. Says I need to subscribe?

Renewed my contract and now Channel 532  Crime Investigation is gone. I did not make any changes to my contract selections

@TrudyWilson , Hi was just wondering which tv package you have, is it Total tv/Popular tv/Starter-Limited tv, I have popular tv package and that channel is not available to me on Popular TV.  You might want to contact Rogers/Shaw directly via the chat function or by phone if you have always had that channel and no changes have been made to your type of package, sorry not much help otherwise.

I just signed up for Ignite tv and it's not there for me either.  Would be a no-brainer for them to have it.

as @g-idk asked, which TV package do you have?  I just renewed, and "532" is available to me, in HD. It was not available to me, in my previous Value Plan.

I too just renewed my 2-year Valuplan which included the Popular TV package (or whatever they call the highest level now) and I have channel "532" but I noticed I no longer have Adult Swim (channel 454).

Instead, I have a bunch of channels I will never use. Wish we could trade channels we don't want for ones we do! I know, too much work for Shaw/Rogers.

@dionysis Utimate TV is the largest package. Adult Swim was on free preview, that is why you saw it and why it went away.

I do not see an "Ultimate" TV package on the Shaw website, only basic and popular. There is, however, an ultimate internet.
