Channel Guide ERROR

Ch.257.  Bloomberg Surveillance.  Guiide shows it starts at 3:17 AM (PT)

It doesn't ....it starts at 3:00AM (PT)

If I PVR it ....I miss the first 17 minutes of the show.

No argument there, but Shaw/Rogers gets the Guide information from a third-party. 

Contact Shaw/Rogers, to get them to contact the provider of the Guide information.

Also, set your PVR to "start recording 20 minutes early", and then use the remote control's "fast-forward" button to skip the first 3 minutes of the recording.
