Channel option suddenly changed?

Last night, I turned on the TV to watch my usual Knowledge Network show and my entire package of channels had been changed. Suddenly, I don’t have Knowledge or CBC or the vast majority of stations I have become familiar with over the past four or five months.  How could this suddenly happen? How can it get changed back?????

 Call Shaw to troubleshoot, there are no packages that don’t have the CBC.

Same issue here, and I see some folks @ digitalhome.ca forum also posting they have the same issue.  It looks like someone at Shaw screwed up big time, and wide scale receiver refreshes are going to be required to fix it.

BTW, this site will not let me set a display name with 'Shawn' in it, since it contains a "bad word" 'Shaw'. LOL

Oh that is for Shaw Direct, not sure if the person below was on cable or satellite.
