Happened to me again today but this time picture came back but no volume for 18 minutes. Dissatisfied

@SMBrown -- did a "bypass" -- channel-up and then channel-down -- restore the audio?

I find myself wondering if all these troubles with CHEK TV have anything to do with the fact CHEK TV is independent and is not carried on the Shaw TV app but is carried on the Shaw TV service.
