Shaw on Demamd used to be one of my favourite things! You could start a show, pause/exit it and resume later (within 24 hrs I believe) from where you left off. I was also able to stop watching on one TV and go pickup where I left off on another.
NOW....I can't even pause it for more than 5 minutes without having to watch the ENTIRE show from the beginning. I can't tell you how many shows I've had to watch the first 15 minutes of numerous times....soooo frustrating!
I've even had where I accidentally pressed the 10 second rewind (or whatever it is) and that just automatically restarts the show AGAIN!
Bring back the features of the old Shaw on Demand. It was WAY better. Mainly the reason I stayed with Shaw...but this is so frustrating now I'm ready to jump ship!
