CTV app issues

I have a new shaw account because my previous one has errors and I have total tv and in the CTV app ..it says I'm not subscribed to certain channels even though they are included in my total tv package....no problem with the Global tv app, it's just the CTV app...btw I did unlink my old account from my new current one.

It's all bcuz of Shaw Selling Out to Rogers. Since Rogers has taken over, Shaw's services has gone DOWNHILL bigtime!

None of us are getting what we paid for, therefore it's IMPLIED WARRANTY!!
