I dont need an answer to this quesiton. I did on Messenger. It seems this should be a function that customers could take care of themselves rather than taking up the time of the way too few service agents who answer phones and social media.

If you would like to add/remove channels, you would need to contact a live agent. After all, this way we can help you work out which plan is best for you.
