Disappearing channels

All of a sudden Nat Geo Wild & Adult Swim have vanished out of our TV channel package & a bunch of stuff we didn't want has popped up. How do we reverse this mess?

I was watching BBC First, until its free preview ended.

Maybe, Shaw added a few more free previews?

No, they were not free previews. We had had Nat Geo Wild since we first signed up with Shaw and Adult Swim had been part of our package for at least 3 years now. Now they're both gone & we're not happy about it.

Probably rogers trying to put channels in pick and pay.  With rogers merger pay more for less.   We are right with you all the way.  Farce glad I'm not there customer had shaw before when they bluesky tv. It was good.  Now thos merger nope.  Sorry your channels were no longer part of your package

@Jappsen -- other than the recommendation by  @rstra  to contact Shaw/Rogers, try logging-on to the My Shaw Portal, and click the "refresh" button.

at bottom right of the above screen-capture, to see if that helps.

Also, while logged-on to the Portal, you can view all the "transactions" against your account for the past 24 months, to see what has been changed, if anything.
