I am trying to change my plan with Shaw and when I called this morning they said it would be 35 minute wait. I have been on hold for 4 1/2 hours now. I sent a message through chat and they still have not responded either. Service is terrible and am not impressed especially when they have been over charging me $300 a month when I can get a better package than what I have for $179 per month or go through Telus and get the same thing for $110 per month. Not happy at all!! I am wasting my time and my time is money also!!
Really disappointing. Spent days trying to get what I was originally promised with an insane amount of back and forth.
@cass9 I'm sorry to hear that there were some issues with your order. From your other comment in the thread it sounds like you've gotten this sorted out now?
Definnitely a customer service problem, going back to monthly service till telus can install!
