Fox Rochester sounds like a passing semi

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.  Every few seconds, the voices for any show get garbled and sounds literally like the horn of a passing semi-truck.  Fox Rochester seems to be the only channel where this happens.  Is anyone else having this issue, or am I the lucky winner?

Yes. Channel 208 in Victoria, FoxHD eastern feed. The sound is breaking up all the time on this channel. I don't quite get the "passing semi" analogy but it sputters, sometimes screeches, and goes silent for a few seconds.

Any particular time of day?  It's possible that the setting Sun may be "behind" the line-of-sight between Shaw's satellite-receiving dish and the orbiting communications satellite, causing the dish to receive solar radiation that could be interference.
