How do I stay signed in to free range tv?

@angelabalzer Are you having issues with the Freerange TV app on your mobile device, or when logging in via your web browser? Are you being logged out while you're watching content? Is there an error message that you receive, or do you just need to re-enter your Shaw ID and password?

On my pc I have to sign in every time and then it adds my device each time I do so. I just want to know if I can stay signed in so it doesn't add a new device every time.

@angelabalzer On your computer the Freerange site would use cookies to remember your device and keep you logged in, so make sure that your browser is configured to allow cookies for that website.

@Alice135 are you receiving an error message? Have you enabled flash by allowing it as per the video below? Can you also try using different browsers to see if it works?
