I switched to gateway recently from shaw cable and one thing I dislike is when I scan thru the guide and see something I like in SD I'll turn to it but unlike my old shaw system it doesn't let me know the same program is on in HD at the same time and would I like to be redirected to the HD channel, which of course I would so I press a button and voila I'm watching in HD.
On Gateway, If I think it might be on in HD I have to search for the HD channel myself, why did you or comcast remove that feature, it was very handy.
