Global TV HD is no longer on channel 211, can someone tell me where it might be? Trying to get an answer though the support portal is proving fruitless

For me, via my Shaw Gateway PVR, it still is on HD Channel 211. Maybe, if you disconnect the AC power from your PVR, wait a minute, and then reconnect the power, it should restart, and download the channels. Reloading the "Guide" could take up to 60 minutes, but you should be able to use the number-pad to manually select "211".
Beyond that suggestion, contact Shaw, via online chat, and get them to re-provision your PVR.
Thanks after a parade of people who did not have the information, I finaly found someone who did. It's a regional problem from Prince George (where our Shaw feed originates) There is an equipment failure and they're waiting for parts.
