Have returned equipment and received delivery confirmation as of Dec21/20. Still being billed.

Thanks. Finally resolved. Anyone else having this issue please request that Shaw change policy to check records before sending overdue or disconnection threat notices instead of bogging down phone lines or chat by requiring customers to request this. They already had delivery confirmation on record but did not respond to this until prompted.
