My guide populated past May 10 now, but still cannot see when a program scheduled (other show times options) ... as well cannot delete a previously scheduled program when I manually hunt down an alternate time to schedule -anyone else?
Yes same issue as you. I have just rebooted my box for the sixth time time in two hours. Programs that have been watched will not delete and I am unable to change any recordings set for the future. Can't change them or cancel them.
Just having all sorts of problems now.
Started with not being able to delete a movie I had watched, was getting message that said "Function Currently Not Available" so disconnected box to reset it as this has worked in the past to remove recordings that would not delete. Tried resetting it a number of times.
After restarting the guide said 'No Current Program' on every channel just like the past week, which was fixed yesterday. Normally my guide repopulates immediately. After two and a half hours only 2 channels had repopulated so we decided to try resetting once again.
Tried rebooting again and the box displayed varying codes such as: CnEr, PSLd which it stayed on for a long time. Eventually we got OFLn and a message that said:
Login error. Trying to reconnect in 2m 25s, then Setting up offline environment.
Now the guide displays in a tiny little square box, the time has changed to a 24 hour clock, the Menu button does not open the Settings so can't change the clock. Can not view recorded programs or any programs set to record. To say I'm upset right now would be an understatement.
.... and just like that *Poof* everything is back to normal and working, was even able to delete the shows that would not delete and the guide is completely populated. Fingers crossed - AGAIN!
Guess I spoke too soon. While everything is mostly back to normal, I now find that when I click to show 'Other Show Times" nothing happens on any program I have tried it on, where it previously worked without any issue. My recent experience makes me nervous to try resetting the box again - guess I will have to make yet a third call to Shaw Tech Support. *Sigh* 🙄
Well I am glad to hear that it is not just my box alone. When I get a minute in the next day or two I will try calling or chatting online with Shaw. Like you corky I use that feature A LOT. Wonder what the heck is going on with Shaw lately!

The "show other times" function scans through the Guide. So, if your device has only downloaded less than a week's listings there are no "other times" for weekly shows, yet. Pick something "daily", like Jimmy/Jimmy/Stephen/Conan/Seth/Lilly, and "show other times" should work.
Note that the Guide "repopulates" program-by-program. So, frequent programs, such as Jeopardy, are populated across the whole two weeks, before any "one-off" specials (Grammy Awards).
thanks for your reply mdk... guide fully populated and other showtimes not working for same day eg 60 minute @ 4pm or 7pm or billions offered several times in the week, etc

I did a regular search from the settings menu when I was done the "other showtimes" started to work.
