I have paid a partial amount of an overdue bill and need to request an extension for the rest....how do I do this?

I made a payment today how do I report a payment to regain services
@Henrygif -- how much have you been overdue? I have accidentally missed one month's payment, and Shaw did not suspend my services. The next month's invoice showed a "payable now" amount.
Contact Shaw: 1-888-472-2222, if your services have been suspended.
Did you pay through the My Shaw Portal, or did you pay through your bank? If the latter, it may take 2 or 3 business-days before Shaw sees your payment.

Hi @Vtx , this is only a peer to peer discussion forum and not a direct path to Rogers/Shaw Support or Billing. Reporting that you made a payment on here won't mean a thing to Rogers/Shaw, if you really need to inform them in case of service cut-off or similar you will need to use the chat feature located on your right side of the screen (big red button) or phone them at 1-888-472-2222. Just so your aware I also use td online and since you made your payment today (Friday) the payment is not sent from td until the next business day meaning it won't be sent from the bank until Monday and Rogers/Shaw will receive it Tuesday. TD and Rogers/Shaw must bank together because they always receive and credit the payment one day after it being sent. Ie. if you pay with td on a Wednesday they have it for Friday. Have a great day.
