How do I “chat in”? Going to the Shaw Store is not possible for a person who is unable to stand in line for hours. What kind of crazy business did I sign up with? Ridiculous and worthy of changing to Telus or one of the newer companies. Perhaps they would even have superior broadcasting and connections. Most times I cannot access Netflix or other streaming sites or access my internet. So what am I really paying for? Just a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

What are the symptoms? During a "chat", ask the Shaw Agent to remotely connect to your cable-modem, to view & analyze the "signal-strength" statistics that the modem keeps. Having "bad" numbers results in a bad Internet connection.

@Jimbo15 , the answer to your question was posted already to this thread right at the beginning. You need to contact Rogers/Shaw directly thru the chat function (the big Red Need Help?) located on the side of this page, or phone them so they can de-activate/cancel your subscription. Hope this helps.

So in order to cancel Crave, I need to contact customer service (last time the wait was over 2 hours and then was cut off. This is bull**bleep**! If you want happy customers, STOP PISSING THEM OFF!!! Canceling Crave, managing subscriptions, should be easily done online. Anyone who actually has done web work knows this should not be difficult. STOP PISSING OFF YOUR CLIENTS!
