I cannot find Channel 272 on the list but I am subscribed to that channel. How do i reinstall it on back on the list?

On the remote-control for the Shaw Gateway PVR:
Menu --> Settings --> Channel list --> scroll to the "hidden" channel --> follow the instructions to "unhide" the channel.

Hi @3090 you can try going to either the my shaw app or the my shaw webpage and log into your account. Under services go to tv and scroll down there should be a button for you to refresh your channel line up. If this does not work you can try unplugging your hd tv box wait for 30 seconds and plug the power back in and let the unit re-boot, after it cycles thru some booting when it is finished it should show the time, then you can turn it back on and check to see if your channel is back. I guess finally the last step would be for you to contact Shaw Support directly since this is only a peer to peer help forum and not a direct channel to Shaw support, you can reach them by either the chat function or phone. Hope this resolves your issues.

Glad to hear it @3090 , I don't have the gateway system so didn't know about the remote control option.
