I renewed my contract and now have channels I cant find

What Shaw TV-box do you have? Motorola? Pace? Gateway? BlueCurve? On some of them, it is possible to "hide" channels, usually the ones to which you are not subscribed. If you got a new contract, does it offer channels that you "hid" a while ago?

If you use the keypad on your remote-control to enter the channel-number, does that channel display?

@Sandra9 To lookup the channel number, you can view the channel listings for your area on this page, just enter your postal code and then set the filter to 'BlueCurve Total' if you have BlueCurve TV or 'Basic Bundles' for any other cable equipment.
