There was an issue with audio drops with Samsung TVs, do you have one?
I have a Samsung smart TV, however it was also doing it when it going into a Harman Kardon AC receiver first so I don't think it's just samsung devices.
I still need to keep watching, but it seems to have resolved itself.... but I don't want to speak too son because usually when I say that it's fixed, the issue will pop up again with hours of clicking send on the reply.
We’ve had this problem in March 2022 and now again Sept 2022. March 2022 issue was eventually determined to be a backend system problem that was eventually fixed after numerous calls, tech house call and more calls. Now it’s happening again. Has anyone been able to resolve this????
Re intermitant sound loss, has anyone noticed that while it happens to what's being watched BUT THE COMMERCIALS PLAY WITHOUT ISSUE....
Tonight, every one of my recordings is doing this! The commercials all play normally but the shows intermittantly freeze and the sound keeps cutting in and out. I've had Blue Sky or Ignite or what ever they call it now for years and this seems to happen at least once a year. I dont understand the tv vs commercial thing though!
