What trouble-shooting steps have you tried?
Power-off/power-on reset of the Gateway?
What time of day? (Shaw does have a "maintenance" window between 1 AM and 6 AM -- Calgary time.)
Disconnect/reconnect all coaxial cables?
Trying a different coaxial cable?
Telephoning Shaw, and getting them to remotely-access your Gateway, to trouble-shoot it?
