@Mandie17 Are you missing the episode when browsing VOD content through your cable box? I'm not seeing any missing episodes on my end, so if you're still having trouble ordering through the remote, try logging in and ordering that episode at http://vod.shaw.ca/ which will allow you to resume it on your TV from the 'My Orders' section of the ShawOnDemand menu.
@shaw-valerie Episode 11 is missing from Freerange as well. I have the HBO/Crave subscription and it goes from season 3 episode 10 right to episode 12.
@Mahne Testing in-office, I'm able to see this available for order both through Freerange and the regular VOD menu, so if you're still seeing this behaviour, please get in touch with us here, so one of our technical support agents can take a look into your account and what could be causing this for you.
