My problem is when my box is set for 1080p it reverts back 1080i.
My UHD TV is capable to display 1080p that is conneted via a HDMI switch (able to pass through the 1080p signal) by a HDMI cable.

@barsim does it stay stuck on 1080i? Generally, that setting may change depending on the content that is being displayed through the network.
My Box Native resolution setting 1080 p, 1080 i, 720 p, 480 p.
The TV is 4k and max. resolution shows on HD channel is 1920 x 1080 / 60 i only instead of 60 p.
However on SD channels the resolution is 720 x 480 / 60 p.
@barsim yes, those are the native resolutions available. The playback resolution will depend on the content available from the network.
