Movie Info

When I press info on remote for a movie, the actors who are starring in it are not showing up.  This is happening on all my TV's.  I contacted shaw support and was told there was a firmware update that caused this.  He stated they are working on a fix which should be in the next update.  He could not tell me when that would be.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. This issue should be resolved now as I can see the cast information show up on the BlueSky TV guide.
