I don't see any major issues reported and it seems to be working fine on our test station at the office here in Vancouver. Have you tried power cycling the cable box? That might be all it needs to get it going again, so if you haven't done so already, try unplugging the box for 30 seconds or so. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend getting in touch with customer support directly so we can check for any other issues that might be causing this.
