When I upgraded my TV service to Blue sky I asked for my home phone to be discontinued. Please check my records, I have not used my home phone in years. Please discontinue my phone and credit back all those charges.
I was on hole twice yesterday ( even with the call back service, it just hung-up on me) and didn't get though to your help desk and again a week ago also didn't get through.
You may want to revamp your service.
