Need help programming my Logitech Hub Remote to Bluesky XG1V4-A

Having trouble setting up my Logitech Hub remote to work with my Bluesky XG1V4-A. Tried all my receiver options (including Comcast, Arris, Pace). Still not working on the receiver

Thank you for reaching out! This is outside of our scope of support, I'd recommend reaching out to Logitech directly through our resources here or other Community members may chime in. Based on what I've read from the Logitech forums, you will need to put the hub directly in front of the BlueSky TV box for it to pair to IR. The BlueSky TV box remote pairs up normally through RF, I have those details here.

That is odd, I selected Xifinity DVR and mine works fine. I hope you are able to get it working, it is a great remote.

Did you get this to work for the new Bluecurve boxes (XI6-SI)? I just received these units a couple of 2 weeks ago... no luck so far with mu Harmony One or Elite.

I set my X16 to work with a different IR remote control system (not Harmony) and it's working great.  I chose an Xfinity code when doing it.
