Netflix app is not working. Keeps telling me to check back in a few minutes
@ccandthemule If you are experiencing issues with the Netflix app on BlueCurve TV, try resetting the app in the Settings menu as show here, then re-launch the app and log in again.
Reset Netflix and then reset TV box and Netflix is still not loading. after trying prime video and getting same results wifi modem reset yielding no new results.
same, my netflix will not load,, keeps giving me an error code and saying i am not connected to internet.. but disney and prime both work fine. did the reset and everything and still not working.
@tarmagno -- do you have an alternate computer/device where you can try to logon ? Or, got a friend with their notebook computer, or smart-device, that can logon through your cable-modem?
Do you have a Windows PC or an Apple Macbook?
Are you using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome or Safari or Firefox to access the Netflix web-site?
