I cant seem to pay for my very first shaw bill as well....

I cant seem to pay for my very first shaw bill as well.  It gives me the message "We cannot process your payment at this time, payment amount is less than the minimum amount"

The outstanding balnce is $1.60 since i had credits from before.

I guess the answer is "NO".   They can't help us with this problem.  It's been 2 years now with no answer

@jhol549   What response did you get from Shaw when you contacted them? Two years is a long time to go without paying your first bill. 😂😂😂
