I am not able to access any of the Home Premiere Movies on Shaw on Demand. I keep getting the error code 22031 no matter which movie I click on. This error code appears on both of my digital boxes. All other movies (e.g. New Releases) and television shows work fine. I read online that there was a "national" outage regarding VOD Home Premiere titles, but that this problem had been resolved. This afternoon I spent over an hour on the phone with a Shaw representative who tried to help me remotely but nothing worked. I now have a service appointment for next week, but I am wondering it this issue was truly resolved to start with.
it is possible that the issue is not resolved. Are you on BlueCurve, have you power cycled the boxes?
I think the problem is that my digital boxes are not MPEG4 compatible. Even when I ordered a movie online, I was not able to view it and got the error code 1004. My digital boxes are old and I do not have HD tvs and my tvs are quite old.
