Why is no one answer the phone at Shaw direct
I have been calling Shaw for about a week and never can get anyone to answer the call. Have stayed on the line a couple of times for at least half an our to no avail.
Today ,Thursday, the phone message at 10:30am says that the office is not open until 9am.
When I go online to the Shaw website and ask AI to speak to a real person by phone, it says it will have a specialist come online to talk to me. That window says that I am number 48 in the queue.
Good thing I don't have a serious problem!!!
