Have 2 different model Phillips tvs. turn on and just get input indicator no picture or sound. Only resolution so far is to breifly disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable or power to box.
@dammar hmm, that is certainly odd. It may be a faulty HDMI port or cable. Can you swap in a new one to see if the issue goes away?
Ive tried that have 2 different phillips tvs same issue on both. Called Shaw support they said aware of issue and that 2 possibilities: Use hdmi 2.0 capable cables or wait for software fix no eta on that being available. No luck with cable swap also tried all hdmi slots on both tvs. Not impressed was talked into upgrading our cable internet n not happy with result
