For three days, now, every time I go to watch TV, the Bluesky box doesn't send any video or audio signal when waking it up from sleep mode or after a prolonged period of time.
Rebooting the box fixes the problem, but I shouldn't have to keep rebooting my Bluesky box every time I want to watch TV. Been trying to connect to live chat, but that's also been broken for a week, now (can't ever seem to get assigned to an agent).
Help!
