All of a sudden I am getting not subscribed message to majority of channels. Tried unplugging box and plugging back in which did not help.
Mine is working now n Calgary, I logged into my account and under update TV and hit refresh my channels, not sure if that is what fixed it

I followed jay 22 instructions by "refreshing" and everything is back to normal.
I have refreshed all boxes and now I get the message - you have already refreshed so call us... just got through to service - apparently a known issue in AB /SK and has to be refreshed from shaw fingers crossed
