A few days ago I noticed on sn360 channel 17 says not subscribed on my HD box. But it does work on the other non HD box tried resetting the box and no luck.

That channel was on "free preview" around Xmas 2020. It is not a channel to which I am subscribed -- I get SportsNet, SportsNetOne, and TSN, but not TSN 2/3/4/5. I have a "grandfathered" TV plan, not the current "Total TV" collection of channels.
By "resetting", do you mean that you disconnected the electrical power from the box, waited a few seconds, reconnected the power, and wait for the box to do a "full reset", to download the authorizations for your list of subscribed channels? Shaw may have to "re-provision" your box, if your subscription includes SN360.
Yes unplugged it and let it do a full reset and still nothing. Called shaw and they said I do have the channel.
@ckane62 Did Shaw try anything to solve the problem? You could try going to my.shaw.ca and got to “Manage TV” and then select “Refresh my channel listings.”
See if that works.
Shaw did try and reset the cable box and no luck. I did the refresh my channel listings and that didn't work
