on demand will not load

Had our Shaw on vacation. When we reconnected, Shaw on  Demand will not load.

@jimglasgow Try rebooting your cable box, by unplugging the power for 15-30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Once plugged back in, allow about 15-20 minutes to make sure all functions have time to reload and try to access Shaw on Demand content again. If you are still seeing an error message, get in touch with our technical support team here so they can go through some further diagnostics with you.
