Yesterday we installed a new modem and Arris cable box. The internet side and TV is great but when I did a test recordeding of a show last night it was horrible. The picture quality was pixilated, then it would clear up but would freeze for a moment, then go pixilated .... Before I start recording shows that I really want to watch later I want to make sure the quality is good.
Thank you for reaching out! It may be a signal related issue that is causing that. I will recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here. If it continues to be an issue, I will recommend getting in touch with technical support to further investigate and fix the issue.

Hi Tony,
I've replaced the co-ax and rebooted the box to no avail. The picture quality is great when we are just watching TV but crappy when watching recordings. I'll tech support tomorrow.
