Price discrimination

Hi, I have a question regarding the amount I'm paying. It is way more than my former roommate and we both got Shaw internet 300 set up around the same time . I pay $111 a month and she pays $67. Neither of us are receiving a promo. Why is that such a big difference in price?

Not sure if it helps but I found something similar and it was when I "locked in" with a 2 year service agreement.
