Purchased a Yearly Crave Subscription Before Switching to Shaw/Rogers

Just as the topic states, I signed up for a yearly crave plus subscription before switching over to shaw/rogers.

Ignite TV has the crave app but I cannot sign into my account, in fact, it is trying to make me subscribe for $22/month.

How can I access my crave account that I already paid a yearly subscription for.

@frankysgurl  You can’t use the Crave app on the Ignote box unless you subscribe through Rogers. You can still use your Crave subscription, but you would need to use their app on another device.

You could cast crave from yer iPad, oh wait you can’t anymore since they broke it

@JulianT Casting a Crave subscription to the TV  would be an issue between Crave and the TV, nothing to do with Rogers at that point.
