My PVR which is the Motorola DCX3510-M keeps giving me a message that there is no more space left for recording. I checked through the menu and reviewed if there are any recordings... none. I checked the settings and everything in the settings looks good.
Anyone encounter this issue? How'd you fix it?
Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your PVR. Just curious - have you tried rebooting it? That might be all you need to do to get it to recognize the recordings again. To do that you can unplug it for 30 seconds or so and then plug it back in. Let us know if that doesn't fix the issue. Thanks!
Yes numerous times. I'm having another issue also but I'm hoping that if I solve this issue then it will fix the other. I haven't had service for the last 4 days... We do have a tech scheduled tomorrow but I am hoping that by resolving the memory issue that it possibly would solve the other...

Short answer: if you have to ask "how to replace", you probably should not attempt it.
P.S. try to NOT electrocute yourself, nor to have static electricity "zap" the replacement HD. 🙂
