I recently switched from Blue Sky To Blue Curve. Shaw gave me the wireless cable boxes which were terrible. Too much buffering. After I complained, they switched me to fixed wire connection which works great. Now my problem is I tried to record a movie on one of my paid subscription channel and nothing nothing happens. So I tried to record a movie on a CTV channel and same result. Will not record. I had no problem like this with my BlueSky.
Have not contacted support yet . Thought someone may have a solution on this forum
