I'm getting a Shaw Bluecurve wireless tv player delivered and have been using the Bluecurve tv player wired (xG1v3) & have been told by 2 agents 2 different times that I can just recycle the xG1v3 Bluecurve tv player as apparently non 4K tv player will not be offered anymore nor sent out...can anyone confirm if this is true even as I was told that by 2 different agents,...I don't want to charged for equipment that I don't send back.

@CoffeeLover -- I don't want to charged for equipment that I don't send back.

The simple solution is to get a box from any grocery store, put the equipment into the box, seal the box, take it to the nearest Canada Post outlet, and say that it is a return to Shaw.

The clerk will label it, and Shaw, not you, will pay the shipping charges.

Keep the P.O. receipt, to be able to prove to Shaw that you did return it, if Shaw challenges you.

Shaw will remove the serial-number of the hardware from your monthly Shaw invoice, along with any charges, when they receive it. Keep monitoring your invoices.

You don't pay anything; it just consumes some of your time.
