what a joke shaw tv is poor service and dropping channels yet we pay a lot more wonder if bell tv is better
Thanks- but do you know if there any other option other than streaming? I just want it back on satellite. Unfortunately Northern Canada has weak and unreliable internet so streaming isn’t a great option -( ie our Disney plus barely works- which is of course heartbreaking for my kids)

You just continue to pay for Paramount and they don’t give you Paramount any longer? Another Rogers screw up. And their customer service knows nothing about it? The Rogers takeover of Shaw is going to be fun <sarcasm> .

What channel options are available for replacement?
And the most frustrating part about their promos is the fact that they are the EXACT SAME PROMOS.... week after week, month after month.
I can recite the script from a few of them. Would have been bearable if they changed to different promos from time to time...
Losing the Paramount channel sucks. What other good channels is Rogers going to decommission. The Rogers/Shaw meger was the worst decision. It's time to switch to Telus Optik.
Rest in Peace : Paramount Network and Black Entertainment Television coverage in Canada.......
Paramount Network in Canada..... formerly The Nashville Network/TNN (1984-2003) later Spike TV and then Paramount
Overall ... 1984-2023
Initially, TNN was scrambled since becoming available in Canada on September 1st, 1984 and the channel was later unscrambled beginning in September of 1988 from some cable companies (Rogers) and in 1989 by others (Shaw)... later the channel was moved to extended basic tier (May 1992 - Rogers)
CNN and A&E were also beginning to be distributed in Canada available at this time as well (all originally scrambled and later unscrambled at a later date - see note above)
Black Entertainment Television became available in Canada on October 16th, 1997
