When I try to search for TV programs with a key word there are no matches but for Demand there are lots. Both PVRs are doing this while the older one works. Also the other showtimes function is not working. How can this be fixed? Yes, I unplugged the units.
This has been going on for months and Shaw either has no clue what the problem is or no intention of addressing it - they've been completely silent on the issue. There are posts all over the internet about how there basically is no search function anymore. I search for anything on my dcx3510-m and the result are "0" even if I search for "news" or "star" or anything else for which there are clearly a zillion results. I've unhooked and unplugged the box for hours at a time; it's not a user issue, it's happen downstream at Shaw. Their tech people are simply not up to the job. For a company competing with Telus, they sure aren't putting up much of a fight.
