Shaw Centre Ice freezing...again

Here we go. 2nd game of the season and Shaw Centre Ice is freezing.

@dougthompson -- when you contacted Shaw Support (1-888-472-2222) or www.shaw.ca  did they successfully trouble-shoot your issue?

No, they did not respond. Same problem today. Unplug plug in reset. Miss part of the game. Start over, unplug, reset. Miss part of the game. Start over. I really wish I never left Direct Tv.

Question: we aren’t freezing but pvr is not remembering where we left on the game. No resume on menu. Happens on same device as well as moving between pvrs
