The shaw go gateway app is not working on my iphone nor on my wife's android. tried the usual log out log in and uninstall/re-install but still not giving me my TV channel line up nor my recordings

I recommend that you contact Shaw ( www.shaw.ca/chat or 1-888-472-2222 ) and get technical support from a Shaw Agent.
